1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CopyBoost AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Use of Service

CopyBoost AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or business marketing purposes. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute generated copy as a standalone product without modification
• Use the service to generate spam, deceptive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent usage limits
• Share account credentials with others

3. Intellectual Property

You own the marketing copy you generate using CopyBoost AI. We retain no rights to your generated content. The CopyBoost AI platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our property.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. The 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of a charge. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Free Tier

Free users receive 50 generations. Usage limits are enforced per account. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CopyBoost AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated copy will achieve specific conversion rates or business results. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

CopyBoost AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
